Could someone explain to me the pros and cons? I’m looking more for collecting miles to get a free plane rides, don’t really care for business class or whatever.

I would advisesigning up for both and staggering the time when you sign up. If you want to redeem flights, the fastest way is to chalk up all the promtion miles you get when signing up for the cards

It depends on your needs.
Personally I chose Citi PremierMiles as VISA is more widely used and accepted by merchants worldwide.

Hi Yixuan, here is my analysis for your consideration:
KrisFlyer AMEX
+ve: No additional fees for transferring miles as they are credited to your account immediately. Attractive sign-up bonuses for new-to-bank customers. And these are relative easier to achieve compared to other cards - currently you stand to get 10k miles through existing users' referral just by spending 1k in first 3 months.
-ve: Only limited to SQ redemptions, miles do expire
Citi PremierMiles
+ve: Redemption across 12 airline partners (the most amongst all cards), miles don't expire, 2 airport lounge access per year
-ve: $25 conversion fee into miles
There isn't a perfect card so you coud reap the best benefits by applying for both cards and use them strategically. All the best!
