Thinking about trying Syfe's REIT portfolio... Where do the dividends go? Are they reinvested?

Hi there, thanks for your interest in Syfe REIT+.

Dividends are reinvested by default. Our calculations show that reinvesting your dividends can give you an extra 0.5% in returns each year, which substantially covers your annual management fees.

For our Black and Gold tier clients, they may opt to have their dividends paid out to their bank accounts.

Dividends are received in your REIT+ portfolio as and when the underlying REITs distribute them. This depends on the dividend distribution schedule of the various REITs.

You will be able to view all dividends received on your Syfe account dashboard under "Total Dividends Received".​​​

You can choose to have your dividends re-invested automatically or paid out to your bank account quarterly (min. $20,000 portfolio size)
