The Unexpected Star of My Portfolio: A Mid-Cap Dividend Sleeper

I added $WPC (W.P. Carey) earlier this year mostly for yield… and surprisingly it’s held up better than many growth names in this environment.

What I like:

• 6%+ dividend yield
• Strong real asset exposure (industrial, storage, retail)

• Decent inflation-linked lease contracts

  I’m not always ready to go all-in, so I usually keep some idle funds in Tiger CBA while I wait for a better entry point.

Anyone else stacking dividend plays this year?
