Mid-Cap stocks

Hi all. I am currently looking to venture into the "Mid-Cap" zone as I consider myself a long term investor, and I believe the mid-cap growth stocks will probably provide stable growth in the next few years.

I have narrowed down to Palantir, Masimo corp and Palo Alto networks just to name a few.

Any recommendations on mid cap stocks to hold for years? On a side note, where do you guys look out for potential stocks to add to your portfolio?

Growth investing strategy

This is my growth investing strategy philosophy, others may have different style.

Maybe you can make use of the screener. Look for a profitable mid cap that is not too expensive.
Then look at it revenue + EPS growth trend + PE trend line
Earnings & PE expansion drive the stock price go up, for growth stock

After screen then try to understand the buisness.
eg. SNX all the trend look ok. Maybe can look into it.
Then use technical analysis for entry.
