For TD Ameritrade withdrawals, their website states that you can use ACH to transfer money out for free or you can request a wire transfer for $25. Can I check if it is possible to use an international bank, like say, Citibank, such that I can use ACH to transfer the funds into a Singapore Citibank account?

Hey there, from my understanding if ur account is open in Singapore Citibank, it is still recongnised as a Singapore account and not a US account. While, (ACH) is an electronic network for financial transactions in the United States. I did some research before too, and seems like for non US client, the only option is to pay the $25 fee. For more details, you can check out, under the session, Non-trading fees has the answer: https://brokerchooser.com/broker-reviews/td-ame...
Hope it helps, happy investing.
