SYFE Reits+ portfolio has been declining a lot recent, has anyone been experiencing the same thing? If so, why?

Yeap those with reits+ have been affected since the drop from 14th Oct, myself included at almost -7% returns. Bought at 1300~ points, now its at around 1250.

The S-Reits have been decreasing for the past few months https://www.sgx.com/indices/products/sreit and those invested in Reits will be affected.
