Hi, I am a uni student and has just started investing. I am looking at Syfe REIT+ and Syfe cash+. I planning to try out with a few hundred dollars first to test the water and I have a small appetite for risks. Which portfolio will be more suitable?

I feel that in your capacity of a student, and if this is "excess cash" that you're looking to invest and grow, and if it were just between these 2 portfolios, I would recommend REIT+
Syfe cash+ invests in money market funds which has limited upside (same on the opposite). Syfe REIT+ closely replicates iEdge S-REIT Index (chart as attached) which is a good form of passive income approx 4-6%, but there is a larger volatility in terms of capital appreciation / depreciation. The max movement for the past year was about 7% (from trough to peak) so you gotta see if you're able to handle such volatility.
