The company is a pawnbroker and one of the big 3 in Singapore. Decent businesss model, however its businss fundamentals is tied to gold prices. Positive gold prices means higher earnings for them

Bascially trading flat line since 2016, would say its dead money with a decent income yield of 4%. dont see much upside in the long-term as singapore market is too small to scale up continually
