Sabana Shariah Compliant REIT (SGX: M1GU) looks cheap based on its PB ratio and distribution yield. Has anyone analysed the REIT before? Is there anything I'm missing out on?

Oh dear. Another very sad REIT. I had 1 lot but it sank and hasn't recovered. So I sold it off to stop the bleeding. It is good to unload the baggage. Hopefully thngs will turnaround soon.
