In such cases, it may be difficult to register a business, and in my opinion, the best solution would be to get help from specialists. Accountants can help with business registration, and you can find a good accounting company at the list of companies in Singapore . Perhaps for aspiring entrepreneurs, this is the fastest and easiest way to solve business problems and sort out complexities.

It would have helped if you could have given us an indication of your age, but here are some pointers for both:

If you're below 18 years old:

  • Unfortunately, you need to be at least 18 years old to register a business under ACRA. But don't get discouraged!
  • You can still pursue your business idea as a hobby or a side project without officially registering it.
  • It's essential to discuss your plans with your parents or guardians, and they can guide you through alternative options, like operating the business under their name.

If you're above 18 years old:

  • Congratulations on reaching the minimum age requirement to register a business! Now, you can proceed with the next steps.
  • Start by researching and understanding the regulations and requirements set by ACRA. (https://www.acra.gov.sg/how-to-guides/before-you-start/who-must-register#:~:text=The%20minimum%20age%20for%20registration%20is%2018%20years%20old.)
  • Develop a well-thought-out business plan, choose a suitable structure for your business, and fulfill all the legal and financial responsibilities associated with running a business.
  • Seek support and advice from mentors, professionals, or business advisors who can help you navigate the registration process and ensure compliance.
  • Once you've completed the necessary steps, focus on implementing your business plan, promoting your products or services, and managing your operations.

Remember, starting a business takes hard work and dedication, regardless of your age. Don't hesitate to seek assistance from trusted adults, learn from experiences, and adjust your strategies along the way. Best of luck with your entrepreneurial journey!
