Splitting revolut referral money

Revolut is having a promotion whereby friends invited will net me $80 SGD.

What my invited friends need to do? (5/5 slots avaiable)

Sign up to revolut account using my unique referral link
Verify their identity and pass our Know Your Customer (KYC) checks -> easy with singpass
Top up their account by connecting another bank account or using a bank card (can just bank transfer to account number found under)
Order their own physical Revolut card (free for now takes 3-5 days)
Initiated 3 purchase transactions needs to be completed 
Complete 3 purchase transactions, but they can use their virtual card while they wait for delivery of the physical card. (Must be valid purchases and card transactions to payment, gambling, gift card or currency exchange service providers and money transfers are not valid).* 
NOTE: Gift cards can be bought with google pay to make it valid transaction
