Simba Broadband Plans & the terrible Eero Pro 7 router

Has anyone tried Simba broadband? Biggest regret I am living with for 2 years. The Eero Pro 7 router they provided is so sensitive - you need to situate it away from most appliances and devices in an open area. Still, most of the time I can't get connected on my phone for the 5 or 6 ghz band. Connecting to Simba will direct you to contact Eero to troubleshoot. And all my Wifi extenders are useless because Eero says they clash with the router. If I want to improve my connectivity, the advice given to me was to purchase another router at $599.99!

Yes it sounds like your problem would easily be solved just by getting a proper router?

It's no hidden secret that the default ones Telcos give are simply below average, that's why some of the plans simply don't provide one and you have to get your own.
