Ex-Date: August 8, 2025
Record Date: August 12, 2025
Payment Date: August 27, 2025

My Game Plan:

Cost:

500*7.03=3515

3515+15=3530

Dividend Collection:

500*0.3=150

Target Lowest Sell Price:

500*7.00=3,500

3500-15=3,485

Min Profit:

(3485-3530)+150=105

Brokage fees differ (mine is $15) and this is not investment advise just sharing my plans.

Look like you are trolling lol. You will not able to sell at $7.00 after dividend lol.😂😂because it will drop 0.3 on ex dividend date so it will be $6.7 unless have people pump up the price, you can only sell at 6.7 or below.

That's assuming the price would remain the same from today till Ex-Div. If price drops below $7, it will drop even further after Ex-Div. Honestly if you want dividends, rather go for bank stock / REITs, at least not so cyclical.
