Should the OCBCB NTUC Plus! Visa Credit card be something I can use to replace my debit card?

As for petrol expenditure, there is up to 20.3% fuel savings at Esso (with a 16% discount for all fuel) and up to 20% fuel savings at carltex (with 18% discount for all fuels). So it is a good deal if you use it for daily expenses because while you spend on your necessities, you get to enjoy these deals.

But before you decide to replace your debit card with a credit card, make sure it is within your financial means to pay for the credit card bills because as compared to a debit card, there is no limit on credit cards so it is easy to get carried away.
