Should I withdraw my funds from POSB RSP and put it into S&P ETFs?

I've been investing under POSB's RSP for a while now. Am currently thinking if I should switch over to investing in S&P ETFs instead. Anyone in a similar position before? What would you advise?

Historically, the S&P has done better than the STI ETF.
However, there is no regular investment plan for S&P ETF specifically. So if you are trying to manually do a dollar cost average into S&P, the broker fees might eat into your capital

There are roboadvisors with a mix of ETFs though.
