Should i still engage an I.D if my spouse and i roughly know the concept we want for our house? It's our 1st house and we don't want to spend a bomb on reno.

We're going for the simple concept but things like tilling, fixtures, hacking etc we're not sure how to go abt it...Basically we just need someone to execute our vision
