I have always wanted to start a robo-advisor account due to the limited knowledge I have in investing. Looking at the instability of the stock market, is it a bad or good time to create and enter now? If yes, which ones should I be considering?

Hi JT, any time is a good time to start your investments journey and robo-advisers are a great way to do so. People have also been saying this is an especially good time to go into the markets since the markets are generally depressed now due to the uncertainty of the Covid-19 situation, trade war, recession etc.
You can set up DCA every month into your account and stick to it no matter the markets are falling or rising. It's important to have the discipline and emotional strength not to panic and withdraw your deposits if you see a drop in your investments as these robo advisors are considered long term investments.
All the best!

Hi JT,
investing is always a good idea. However, making sure you're utilizing the most suitable paltform is also an important factor.
You can try something a little bit more user friendly such as Kristal.AI,there is no fees for your first $50,000 investment which makes Kristal.AI a great choice for an investment platform, there are no hidden fees or catches! On top of that, Kristal.AI allows you to build a personalised portfolio.
you can use the free algorithm feature to get investment advice on asset allocation, and to have a portfolio which fits your profile and suits your needs.
Here's the link to Krista.AI's review https://seedly.sg/reviews/robo-advisors/kristal-ai
Hope this helps,
