Should I just be invested in 3 Global ETFs for the rest of my life or is it advisable to also dabble in individual SG stocks?

What are the pros and cons between ETFS and Individual Stocks? Thanks!

Unless you have the time to research on SG stocks or have industry knowledge, it requires more effort to look for opportunities in SG stocks. Advantage for SG stocks is no forex risk(as long as SGD) or dividend withholding taxes. Growth-wise, global markets have outperformed SG.

ETFs require less effort to identify winners as they invest broadly. Individual stocks have concentration risk as a lot portion of your portfolio could be in a few stocks. If there is any adverse impact, the effect is larger.
