You can also consider IBKR, which offers fractional shares. This way, you can deploy more of your cash by buying in fractions.
Their commissions for US stocks start at 0.35 USD (Tiered pricing) or 1 USD (Fixed pricing). However, currency conversion costs 2 USD per transaction. You can reduce this by converting larger amounts less frequently.
