Should I consider changing my job after I graduate from my part-time university?

I currently started my second job going 1 year, and I have working experience for the past 3 years.

Should I look for alternative to increase my salary? My degree and job experience are both building, facilities and project related.

Hi,

Firstly kudos to doing a part-time university even while working! It is a difficult thing to do, juggling both work and school.

In my opinion, there are 2 things you can do:

Discuss with your current employer on the possibilities of increasing your pay upon graduation. This is especially good if you do enjoy your current work environment and the growth prospects they provide you.
