Should I buy a PARF or COE car?

I'm a real estate agent that needs to move around every day to different location in Singapore. Currently my transport expenses have been reaching close to $1,000 a month by taking Grab, car sharing and public transport.

I'm thinking it might be worth it to get my own car but I'm not too sure if a renewed COE car (which can cost more in repair) or a PARF car is better (higher outlay and monthly installment) for me.

I do not need any luxury cars to look cool.

Which should I go for?
