Should I book hotel/flight with DBS Alt or Woman's World?

If you're paying it fully online, then WW will be the better card because you'll earn 4 mpd VS Altitude's 3 mpd. There are selected merchants where Altitude earns miles at a higher rate, but note that these require making payments through specific links that usually don't offer the lowest prices.

Make sure that you check that payment is made fully online and not put on hold for you to make payment when you arrive in person - WW will not earn 4 mpd for in-person transactions.

Alternatively, if you've already used WW for other online transactions and don't have much room left in the $2k/month to earn 4 mpd, you may want to just book the hotel/flight on your Altitude.
