What does it mean if tracking has been ongoing for 2-3 weeks and I haven't received my cashback? What should I do next? Is there a direct customer service number I can call for assistance? I have tried using the Sparky Virtual Assistant but haven't found a solution. There doesn't seem to be any live agent available to help resolve this issue.

You can usually click on the specific transaction and click 'Report Cashback Delay'

I think you should check the TnCs for the waiting time. I can assure you the waiting time is typically at least three months based on my experience. So the stated estimated date is usually accurate sadly.....
