SG bluechips seem to be more longterm dividend then capital gain stocks. Any value investors see promise in any bluechips currently?

I get a general sensing other than banks and one or two exceptions, most of SG's bluechips tend to be stocks in matured and perhaps sunset industries. Do correct me if my observation is inaccurate. Does this bode well for SG given lack of stocks in promising rising sectors?

In SG context, bluechip stocks are mainly for dividend. Due to the nature of these companies, you will unlikely see huge growth in them.
