Selling gold and silver

Recently, the prices of gold and silver have increased quite a bit. I am wondering where are the best places to sell gold and silver bullions to get the best prices. When I look like places like bullionstar, silver bullion, city bullion etc., they all seem to offer prices at spot or near spot prices. Are there any places which buy at above spot prices?
