Short answer to this is yes, we will be operating indepedenly as a seperate brand autonomously post merger.
We will continue working closely with our sister companies both locally and the region to ensure tha we continue serving our users in the areas of personal finance - from investments, to savings to insurance and more!
For SingSaver, they focus on comparison to help users make these decisions. (largely via either content or tables) which they are doing a great job at!
For Seedly, in the past 3 years, we have pivoted heavily into community driven decisions. Much of our product emphasis and marketing has been surrounding either user reviews, questions, answers and crowd sourced content. (Opinions) which launched very recently.
