No for me.
In order, for me to even consider, few things had to happen

1) their earnings must stop become more negative every year.

2) Their debt had to stop increasing, start paying down their debt

3) They must have positive and consistant cashflow

To me this is a this is a typical characteristic of a "zombie company"
