SAP just wiped off $30 billion its market cap.. I always thought SAP was a very strong software group, how did the pandemic cause it to lose so much footing?

Their earnings recently came out and they've reported a fairly average latest quarter. They also revised their revenue outlook to a lower estimate. Their software-licencing business also took a hit and reported a lower revenue. All this with the addition of fear of investors caused the shares to drop 17%.
