Salary increment
Hi,
I'm contemplating a significant salary increase, either by transitioning from a contract to a permanent position or exploring opportunities with a new company. Currently earning 10k, I'm aiming for a target salary of 14k. Any insights on the best approach to achieve this?

Sound it out with your current boss during ur regular appraisal / performance review , but note that typically companies have a salary range for different grades so you might need to get promote to get the pay you want.
