Job market seems hot! If you have changed jobs recently, kindly share 1) your average base salary increment % 2) Industry you are in TIA!

Been speaking to a few recruiters and they say average increment is about 20%-25% (pre-covid) if jump within same industry with relevant job experience. Have also heard people having 50% increment in FINTECHS.. variance seems to be quite large.. so hope to understand the job market now..
