Renovation & furniture budget for 5 room 110sqm BTO

As a married couple with no intention of kids in the future, I am only purchasing loose furnitures for all the living, dining room and bedrooms. Our renovations would consist of converting an open kitchen floor layout to a closed concept layout with 2 glass door entrances and 1 service yard glass door entrance. Other renovations would consist of concealing the household shelter and built-in setee, shoeracks, and seperated shower area with a shower niche in both bathrooms.

How much should I budget for this renovation for a 5 room 110sqm BTO? And how much for the loose furnitures?

For this case, you should separate your furnitures and your reno that are not loose like the built-in and necessary renov that cannot be purchased off the shelves. From there you should be able to budget your furnitures at least, from browsing around stores like Ikea or your preferred shops.

For reno might need different IDs for rough estimation
