Regarding Manulife ready payout plan, can I terminate the plan early before maturation, am I able to get full refund of my own savings without interest?

Every endowment policy proposal has the following clause:

Buying a life insurance policy is a long-term commitment. An early termination of the policy usually involves high costs and the surrender value payable (if any) may be less than the total premiums paid.

What the clause means is, if you terminate your policy early, it is likely that you will not get back the full amount of the total premiums you have paid.
