Recommend me a full body checkup

I'm currently in my late 20s and male. Looking to go for my first full body checkup but there are a lot of options available. What are some clinics you've gone to and will go again? No budget limit :)

Not smoking, moderate alcohol consumption, measurements of blood glucose, HbA1c, creatinine, blood pressure, standard vaccinations is all an asymptomatic healthy person in the twenties without a family history of genetic or relevant diseases needs as check up consultations.
