Realized that, FSMOne doesn't allow RSP into ETF's which are not on their "list". For example, I am able to buy ARKK ETF but this ETF is not on their list for RSP. Anyone encountered this same issue ?

Yes, for FSMOne, you can only RSPs into their 49 selected ETFs. If you wish to purchase ARKK ETF through them, you may only do so through lump sum investing.

Different brokerages have different counters available for RSP (e.g. RSP Phil Income Sing ETF through POEMs), so you can explore other brokerages too.
