Question on Spending Limit and Withdrawal Limit for Xfers and BinanceSG

Hello all!
Just wanted to ask, for Binance Singapore, there is a spending limit of $30,000 per annum. My question is:

Say I Transfer $30,000 from Xfers to BinanceSG, then I buy some Cryptocurrency, make a 10% gain in 1 month, and decide to sell off all my crypto and I now have $32605 in my Binance Cash Wallet. Would I be allowed to withdraw all my money from Binance SG to Xfers to my bank Account?
