Question about Trust Bank

They're currently giving 3% interest if you fulfill all 3 requirements (which I do). However, the fact that they don't have a physical branch in SG, not even one, always makes me concerned about my money in there.

There was once when the app refuse to even show the login screen because it insists that I have some suspicious app in my phone (which I didn't and turns out to be a false alarm).

So if let's say, I've $150K in there and I get locked out, or face some other issues, what can I do? Call police? The Trust Experience center in VivoCity doesn't handle all these issues, and from my experience, their customer service is based in India call centers (and these guys keep directing me to some online Trust FAQ/articles about their product-related questions etc.)

Just curious if anyone has similar concerns as me. If they actually do have at least 1 physical branch with say, 3 - 4 staff, if things go south, at least I feel more assured.

Other than that, the interest is a lot easier to earn than OCBC 360/OUB One.
