Hi everyone, I am in my early thirties, a mid-career individual and I left the hotel industry on my own accord in Nov 2020 and took up a SGUnited Mid-Career Pathways programme in Jan 2021.
The tasks and responsibilities given by the company are very minimal and not challenging. There are talks about conversion to full time but the job scope is not what I wish to pursuit in the future. Hence I've decided to look for another full-time role and have been offered one with another company and will be starting in mid-June.
Would like to ask the community's opinion, if you would put this short stint on your resume and LinkedIn OR leaving it out totally and just verbally mention this short stint during the next interview? (When the interviewer asks why is there a gap/break in the career.)
Thanks in advance for the 2 cents worth.

Would suggest to include your SGUnited Mid-Career experience in your resume and not in LinkedIn. Important to be upfront with your prospect employers. In any case, it's positive note that you have taken proactive steps to venture into new industry and gaining new experience.
