Possible to use credit card to pay bills from another credit card for rebates?

Not sure if this will work. Using my POSB credit card to pay for my standard chartered cashback credit card for more rebates. And which payment is suitable for it, via FAST or AXS. Anyone tried before?

No not possible. Why it won't work for the two methods mentioned:

FAST is a system for bank account transfers. You cannot do to or from credit card accounts

The AXS system will not allow payments to a credit card to be from another credit card.
