Posb credit card late fee and financial charges?

Can anyone advise if I can waive off posb credit card late fee and financial charge if I cancel off the card ? Not owning any outstanding amount beside the late charge of $100 and financial charge of $20 plus

Late fee is different from annual fee. You can contact them to try to waive it if you are only late by a day or two.
