Planning to set up a consultancy company pte ltd. Need assistance ?

Hi,
I would like your help. My business will be for offering IT consultancy services.
For registered address -- is a virtual office address acceptable by ACRA?

Also, are there other things to take note as I set up my company?

Yes VOs are acceptable and actually pretty normal.

ACRA has all the info you need. Speak to their officers or staff directly. It's quite a seamless procedure.
