Out of curiosity, how do those who sell Grab/Foodpanda vouchers on Lazada/Shopee for at a cheaper price (e.g. $8.50 for $10 voucher) make money?

I know these are legit and I have purchased and have successfully used them to order food delivery. But just wondering how do these merchants make money, and what is their margin.

Hello, if you are referring to Shopee Mall and Lazmall sellers, those sellers I believe is most likely Shopee and Lazada themselves selling the Grab/Foodpanda vouchers and it is most likely an agreement that they have with them to make money for both parties. Hope this clarifies!

Most likely they got it for free (lucky draw, bonus points etc), and are just selling it off to get cash as typically such vouchers come with some minimum order and are not cash vouchers.
