Our world/society teach us to be successful in some standards. But when real life kicked in we do not know how to react or response.

Example: When we failed in the society standard, like when we are out of our professional trained careers; when we lost our love ones; when we were cheated by love ones, when we lost our health, when we get older. What should we do when we face the real life challenges above?
