OCBC 360 : Salary crediting by GIRO

One of the key benefits of OCBC 360 is that if you credit your salary of at least $1800/month via GIRO, you get quite a lot of interest monthly.

However, my company (a small SME) uses PayNow to transfer our salaries to us (in my case, to my POSB). Can I apply for a personal GIRO (is there such a thing) and GIRO that same amount from POSB to my OCBC 360? Is that also counted?

Paynow via salary is free, creating a salary crediting system costs money to the SME, they are probably saving cost
