The questions I'd ask myself are, will more people start selling their cars as a result of working from home, or due to financial limitations caused by the recession? Will the rich who got richer buy more cars? Will there be any changes in car population control by the government?
VICOM business is driven by car population. Even cars that don't move (eg. During lockdown) have to be inspected.
Here's my humble opinion.
