I personally feel that it shouldn't be because of COVID then one start spending lesser, you should always spend on what you need and lesser on what you want. On top of that, look into ways that you can invest, maxmise and grow your savings.βββ

I think that we should give the entire economy some time. People are still wary as Phase 3 is nowhere near and there is still some barrier with travelling. Those affected by Covid who save more due to poorer economic outlook. Furthermore, other countries measures from their government are still causing contentions and these disputes may take time to resolve.
