No records of order at my IBSG, orders & trades.

Hi i have click the submit button to make my buying on my IBSG (IWDA), but see no records of my updates under my orders/ trade section on my portal. any idea?

I re- login and saw the records. wonder why is not being reflected on the spot regarding the status. - but the status was something like this:

it rejected message cash available (settle cash): 0.00; Cash needed for this order etc... but i have checked and the amount is there available for trading. do i need to convert from sgd to USD from the ' convert currency' ? is there a fees for it?
