Nikko STI ETF vs Nikko REIT ETF - which is more stable for earnings dividends for long terms? Any difference between pay annually, semi-annually or quarterly?
One pays dividends semi-annually; one pays quarterly.
Go yahoo finance -> type "cFA.SI" & "g3B.SI" --> Historical Tab -> (you will see 3 drop down) "Time period" select "Max" / "show" select "dividends only"
U will see dividend history.
Normally STI give 2 - 3 time, Reit give 3 - 4 time a year
Reit index always outperform STI. You can put 2 chart tgt in yahoo finance.
But if you want invest dividend stock for passive income. I think is better to buy individual REITs & banks. U can select the reit strategically so every month will have dividends. Return also higher.
