New in savings (and terrible at math!! but I'm trying). I want to save 8K in 8 months time. Is this possible?
I have done a breakdown of it. Btw am working part time. Not sure if this amount is possible to reach.
Goal: 8K in 8 months with monthly expense of $450
That means i need to earn $1450/m
If i work 8h/day for 23days I need to generate minimum $63/day.
That means I need to find a job paying me min $8/hr.
Is this correct? Is there a way i can improve or am i on the right track? Pls advice.

Yes, what you said makes perfect sense. You can also consider working less days but more hours. I did waitering for awhile that paid $10/h and was easily 8 hours.

Yes, thats correct.
If your expense is $450, and your income is $1450, you can save $8k in 8mths.
$1450 per month is very low and very achievable. Say you are a hardworking grab food delivery, you can reach that per month.
Or retail assistant, or cashier, storeman, etc, your income should be way more than $1450.
Once you have enough savings, upgrade your skills and go for courses that can improve your salary!
