I'm 35 years old, single and first time buyer. I have $53,000 in my OA. My gross pay $1300, $299 goes to my OA monthly and I want to get a 2 room Flexi. How much loan and grants can I get and pay back monthly?

You can check on the HDB website for flat eligibility and HLE details if you are looking at getting HDB loan. Based on the assessment by HDB, they can advise you further.
