Need help with opening of TD Ameritrade account

6 months ago, I applied to open an account with TD. They emailed to say they can't open it because there are problems with my occupation, income, net worth assets etc. I'm a uni student...I can't put a random occupation. In the email, they mentioned that I need to give details like name & address of employer and provide evidence like employment verification doc, past 6 mths cpf statement etc
How do I open an account with TD LOL. It's been 6 months.
